The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing buoyancy of a hollow body for a hollow slab, preventing the hollow body from moving when concrete is placed in constructing the hollow slab reducing weight by embedding the hollow body within a concrete slab. The present invention provides the apparatus for preventing buoyancy of the hollow body for the hollow slab, which comprises: a gap maintainer provided with a lower support groove into which a lower steel bar horizontally installed on a mold is inserted to be supported and an upper support groove into which an upper steel bar installed on an upper side of the lower steel bar in parallel to be supported and seated in the mold; and a buckle member having an upper end coupled to the upper steel bar and a lower end coupled to the mold and coupled to the mold while pulling the upper steel bar downwards.
