PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wriNkle-like deformation prediction device and a wrinkle-like deformation prediction program in which an evaluation index obtained in an experiment carried out one time can be used for a prediction for wrinkle-like deformation under another operation condition.SOLUTION: An integral transfer force calculation part 26 calculates an integral transfer force by calculating, as a transfer force, a product of a pressure applied on a transferred medium 104 and a friction coefficient between a surface of the transferred medium 104 and a surface of a first roll 100 or a second roll 102, and integrating it in each of a plurality of transfer directions A to obtain an integral transfer force; a quadratic curve approximation part 28 obtains a distribution of the integral transfer force in axis direction of the first roll 100 and the second roll 102 so as to approximate, to a quadratic curve, the relation between the integral transfer force and the axial direction; and a prediction part 30 extracts a quadratic coefficient a of the quadratic curve to set it to an evaluation index so as to predict presence or absence of occurrence of wrinkle-like deformation of the transferred medium. |
