Provided is a bake-hardened hot-dip galvanized steel sheet that, whilst having a low production cost due to the use of a low carbon steel that is comparatively easily to smelt, exhibits bake-hardenability and corrosion resistance, good press formability, is optimal for vehicle exterior sheets, etc., and in which blister defects do not occur during hot-dip galvanization. The bake-hardened hot-dip galvanized steel sheet includes a base steel sheet and a plating layer that is formed on the base steel sheet, the base steel sheet comprises a specified component composition, and the metal structure of the base steel sheet is composed of a ferrite phase and a cementite phase. The ferrite average particle diameter is adjusted to 10-30µm, the surface area of an interface of the ferrite and cementite per unit volume is adjusted to 1.0-10.0/mm, the hydrogen concentration in the steel of the base steel sheet is adjusted to less than 0.1ppm, and the amount of deposited plating-layer zinc oxide is adjusted to 40-100g/m2 with respect to the steel-sheet surface area. |
