PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disconnection detection device so as to electrically and easily detect disconnection of a lighting protection conductor built in a windmill blade.SOLUTION: A disconnection detection device for detecting disconnection of a lightning protection conductor built in a windmill blade includes: an inspection signal generator 40 which injects an inspection signal in a stepped-waveform shape from one end of a lightning protection conductor 22 to a receptor 21 at the other end; and a measuring instrument 50 which observes a voltage or current waveform on a lighting protection conductor side of the inspection signal generator 40 and detects disconnection of the lightning protection conductor 22 from the fact that the current waveform is different from a waveform in a non-disconnection state of the lightning protection conductor 22. |
