A graft assembly (1000) configured to provide fluid communication between an outlet (103) of a blood pump and a circulatory system of a patient, the graft assembly comprising a conduit (1116) defining a lumen (1225) having a first end configured to couple with the outlet (103) of the blood pump and a second end configured to couple with the circulatory system of the patient; a support structure (1224) disposed about the first end of the conduit (103), the support structure (1224) including a lip (1228) that extends about the conduit; a fitting (1168) configured to couple the first end of the conduit with the outlet (103) of the blood pump by sliding about the support structure (1224) to compress the lip (1228) of the support structure (1224) against a portion of the outlet (103) of the blood pump to form a seal and by engaging with the outlet (103) of the blood pump. |
