Disclosed is a watch-type mobile terminal (100), and a watch-type mobile terminal system (10) having the same. The watch-type mobile terminal (100) includes: a terminal body (100a) configured to be mountable to a mounting device (200) having a contact pin (230), and having a first case (101) and a second case (102) which form an inner space of the terminal body (100a) by being coupled to each other; a printed circuit board (181) disposed at the inner space; and a coupling member (130) configured to couple the first case (101) and the second case (102) to each other by passing through the printed circuit board (181), and electrically connected to the printed circuit board (181), wherein when the terminal body (100a) is mounted to the mounting device (200), the coupling member (130) contacts the contact pin (230) to thus electrically-connect the printed circuit board (181) and the mounting device (200) to each other.
