Provided is a system for implementing a fee plan for providing refunds to encourage the conservation of power in a data centre system shared by a plurality of users. A fee setting method in a multi-tenancy data centre, wherein power costs that are reduced as a result of power conservation are paid to a user from a data centre operator, and power costs for an amount that could have been reduced if control had been appropriately carried out are paid to the user from the data centre operator if the user has opted for this option which requires an additional fee, and as a result the incentive to reduce power is increased for both the data centre operator and the user. |
