PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the existence place of a collateral vessel that is not displayed in a CT image.SOLUTION: A medical image processor includes a storage part 13 for storing data of an image having a plurality of time phases about a heart, an ischemic region specification part 15 for specifying an ischemic region on the basis of the image, a responsible blood vessel specification part 16 for specifying a responsible blood vessel of the ischemic region by referring to a dominant map for relating an ischemic region to a coronary artery and a dominant area, a collateral vessel specification part 18 for specifying a collateral vessel at a position at which a plurality of FFR values about a multipoint of the responsible blood vessel change, and a display part 21 for displaying the image or another image together with a mark showing the collateral vessel. |
