PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge control device capable of efficiently performing charge/discharge of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge control device for controlling charge/discharge of an electric vehicle parked at a predetermined position comprises: first acquisition means for acquiring schedule information showing a behavior schedule of the electric vehicle or a user using the electric vehicle; estimation means for estimating parking duration of the electric vehicle on the basis of the schedule information acquired by the first acquisition means; calculation means for calculating a power amount capable of being charged or discharged within the parking duration estimated by the estimation means; and charge/discharge control means for controlling charge or discharge of the power amount calculated by the calculation means. |
