PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly provide a service to a user network.SOLUTION: A service control device 1 includes: additional service acceptance means 110 for accepting a request for an additional service to a user network; and additional service control means 120 for acquiring the provision configuration of the identifier of an application to be added, and for transmitting an instruction to provide the additional service to the user network in accordance with the provision configuration to a server device 2. When the provision configuration is an occupancy type indicating the occupied use of the application by the user network, the additional service control means 120 transmits an instruction to secure a user environment for allowing the user network to use the application corresponding to the additional service to the server device 2. Furthermore, the additional service control means 120 transmits an instruction to install the application corresponding to the additional service in the secured user environment to the server device 2. |
