The device (10) has base unit (20) which is mounted on receiving unit (30). A connector unit (40) is arranged between base unit and receiving unit. Pivotal support of connector unit is provided to receiving unit for rotational mobility about pivoting axis. Actuator (50) is arranged to generate pivoting movements on receiving unit and translatory movements of connector unit, such that actuator superimposes pivoting movements and translatory movements on receiving unit in which pivoting and translatory movements are repeated bidirectional or oscillating movements.
