PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamable thermoplastic resin particles capable of manufacturing a foamed molding with sufficient persistent antistatic performance even when the addition amount of an antistatic agent is small.SOLUTION: Foamable thermoplastic resin particles contain a thermoplastic resin, a foaming agent, an ionic conductive polymer-type antistatic agent that contains an ionic surfactant, such as an anionic surfactant, and a polyether compound. It is desirable that the thermoplastic resin contains a rubber component.
