PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type data transceiver excellent in communication characteristics, and a resin molding including the transceiver.SOLUTION: A non-contact type data transceiver 10 comprises: a substrate 32; an inlet 30 including an IC chip 33 and a first antenna part 31 that are provided on one surface 32a of the substrate; and a second antenna part 50 disposed opposite to the first antenna part 31. The first antenna part 31 has: first radiation elements 36, 37 including terminal parts 34, 35 each having a feeding point; and a short circuit part 38 for short-circuiting the vicinity of the terminal parts. The second antenna part 50 has second radiation elements 51, 52 overlapping the first antenna part 31. End faces 51a, 52a of the second radiation elements 51, 52 on the IC chip 33 side are arranged inwardly from a coupling part of the short circuit part 38 and the first radiation elements 36, 37. |
