PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus and an electronic apparatus which are capable of reducing the possibility of malfunction.SOLUTION: A control apparatus X1 comprises: an operation plate 10 having a first conductive layer 12 and a second conductive layer 14; and a display plate 20 having a third conductive layer 24 positioned opposite to the first conductive layer 12, with the second conductive layer 14 interposed between the first and third conductive layers. When an operation position is detected based on capacitance between a finger F1 positioned outside and the first conductive layer 12, at least one of the second conductive layer 14 and the third conductive layer 24 is set to be a reference potential. When capacitance between the second conductive layer 14 and the third conductive layer 24 is detected, the first conductive layer 12 is set to be a reference potential. |
