The present invention relates to a color conversion film, a method for preparing the same, a laminate for forming the same, and a composition or a sheet for forming a second layer of the same. The color conversion film comprises: a first layer including a resin matrix and an organic fluorescent substance dispersed in the resin matrix and absorbing blue or green light to emit light of a different wavelength from the absorbed light; and a second layer provided on at least one surface of the first layer and including a cured product of a composition or a sheet without a radical initiator or a radical polymerizable compound or with the radical initiator or the radical polymerizable compound of 500 ppm or less. The color conversion film of the present invention has improved curl characteristics and stable physical properties.
