RECOMBINANT PLASMID FOR SCREENING INHIBITORS OF OMPA EXPRESSION

The present invention relates to a recombinant plasmid for searching an inhibitor which inhibits expression of ompA, an Acinetobacter baumannii strain transformed by using the same, and a method for searching an inhibitor which inhibits expression of ompA by using the same. The recombinant plasmid comprises a fusion gene operatively connected with a promoter region of ompA of Acinetobacter baumannii, an antibiotic resistant gene which does not have a promoter region as a reporter gene, and a duplication initializing point with respect to Acinetobacter baumannii. According to the present invention, the growth of strain is measured in a culture medium in which an antibiotic agent is added, so a large quantity of inhibition of expression of ompA can be easily searched at a high speed. Accordingly, the recombinant plasmid can be useful in screening an inhibitor which inhibits expression of ompA using a compound library.
