PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified conjugate diene-based polymer composition which has satisfactory dispersibility of silica-based inorganic filler and excellent low hysteresis loss performance and wet skid resistance performance in a well-balanced manner, and exerts high abrasion resistance and fracture strength.SOLUTION: The modified conjugate diene-based polymer includes 1-50 mass% of a modified conjugate diene-based polymer (I) and 50-99 mass% of a modified conjugate diene-based polymer (II), the modified conjugate diene-based polymer (I) satisfying the following condition (A), and the modified diene-based polymer (II) satisfying the following condition (B). (A) Having, in a molecule, a functional group including one or more secondary amino groups and two or more silyl groups to which alkoxy group is bonded. (B) Having, in a molecule, a functional group including two or more secondary amino groups or tertiary amino groups and one or more silyl groups to which alkoxy group is bonded. |
