PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable film excellent in barrier property, stretchability, and heat shrinkability, and also excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat shrinkable film having a layer consisting of a resin composition containing a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer represented by a monomer unit (c) having 1,3-diol structure in a main chain of the copolymer, in addition to an ethylene unit (a) and a vinyl alcohol unit (b), and having the percentage contents (mol%) of a, b, and c based on the total monomer unit satisfying the following formulae (1) to (3), and a saponification degree (DS) defined by the following formula (4) of 90 mol% or more: 18≤a≤55 (1), 0.01≤c≤20 (2), [100-(a+c)]×0.9≤b≤[100-(a+c)] (3), and DS=[(total molar number of hydrogen atom of X, Y, and Z)/(total molar number of X, Y, and Z)]×100 (4). |
