PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a competitive processing device etc. for facilitating function enhancement etc. by a plurality of applications.SOLUTION: A competitive processing device includes: an input receiving section 15 dividing instructions concerned with one or more parameters that equipment control commands have, for every parameter based on a plurality of equipment control commands obtained by execution of a plurality of applications from an application executing device 30 executing the applications concerned with the control of equipment to be controlled; an input processing section 13 processing to determine one instruction for every parameter; an output processing section 16 processing to determine for every parameter whether to output instructions concerned with the determination of the input processing section 13, to an air conditioning control device 20 for controlling the equipment; and an output section 14 outputting, to the air conditioning control device 20, instructions determined to be output by the output processing section 16. |
