PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion and contraction conveyor allowing easy maintenance such as assembling productivity and replacement of components.SOLUTION: Guide pipes 4 are mounted in parallel at predetermined intervals along peripheral directions of a pair of endlessly turning rotary zones 2, 2' provided on a frame 1 via pipe mounting members 3 over the rotary zones 2, 2'. Two guide pipes 4 are made a pair and a pair of right and left sliders 5, 5' are slidably mounted between the two guide pipes 4. Both side parts of a width direction of mounting and bearing members 7 which are capable of elongating and contracting in shaft directions of the guide pipes 4 and mounting, bearing and supporting a material to be conveyed are engaged with the sliders 5, 5' between the sliders 5, 5'. Further, guide pins are projectingly provided on lower surfaces of the sliders 5, 5' and the guide pins are made to abut on side surfaces of expansion and contraction guides disposed between going path sides and return path sides of the endlessly turning guide pipes 4. |
