PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting body landing detection control device capable of preventing the fluctuation of the landing position of a carrier that is caused by the extension and shrinkage of a rope even when a change in a loading weight is generated in the landed carrier.SOLUTION: A lifting body landing detection control device 46 is provided in an elevator type parking facility which includes a lifting motor for lifting a carrier 16 in accordance with the winding-up/winding-down of a rope suspended from the upper part of a parking tower and is configured such that the carrier 16 is allowed to land at the predetermined position of the parking tower in accordance with the winding-up/winding-down of the rope by the lifting motor and held. The lifting body landing detection control device includes: a predetermined position holding device 30 for holding the carrier 16 at the predetermined position of the parking tower; a detector 40 for detecting the carrier 16 at the predetermined position of the parking tower; and a control device for allowing the lifting motor to lift the carrier 16, and for allowing the detector 40 to detect the carrier 16, and for allowing the predetermined position holding device 30 to hold the carrier 16 at the predetermined position, and for allowing the lifting motor to wind down the carrier 16, and to stop when detecting that the drive current value of the lifting motor has reached a predetermined value. |
