PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dispersion of sound pressure in the frequency characteristic of the sound pressure.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 1 includes: a plurality of internal electrode layers 9a-9c connected to one of external electrodes 17 and 19, facing to the piezoelectric element 1, every other layer; and a plurality of piezoelectric body layers 7a-7d. The internal electrode layers 9a, 9c connected to the external electrode 19 are formed to have a different distance from a non-contact end to the external electrode 17, respectively. With the above structure, a position to which stress is imposed is dispersed, so that the occurrence of a crack in the piezoelectric element 1 can be suppressed. |
