PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet ray-curable adhesive composition excellent in transparency, flexibility and water resistance of a cured article, and to provide a laminate using the same.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet ray-curable adhesive composition contains a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer having 2 or more (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule (A), (meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl group (B), (meth)acrylate as an optional component (C), a non radical polymerizable flexible component (D) and a photoradical polymerization initiator (E). |
