Object; To provide a biological inorganic compound complex which has few adverse side-effects can treat Graves' disease within a short period of time and suppress the influence of active oxygen (oxidization) which has been believed to be one of causes of other disease to achieve thereby a pharmacological effect, a cosmetic effect, an animal-or-plant-growing effect and an environment-improving effect, which has reduced oxygen and a high reducing ability but cannot be produced by a synthetic chemical technique. [Solution] To provide an inorganic composite compound having reduced oxygen and a high reducing ability, which comprises elements having a positive atomic valence of a plant-derived component and a sulfur compound.
