The invention provides a pressure operating valve which sets pressure through deformation of a membrane (41) to open a valve, and can set pressure with high precision through simple constructions. The membrane (41), a cylindrical lower cover (42) and an upper cover (43) are integrated to form an elastic component assembly body (4). The periphery of a valve main body (1) is provided with an external thread part (1a); an inner circumferential surface of the lower cover (42) is provided with an inner thread part (62a). A valve body (2) formed by a ball valve (21) and a valve rod (22) is configured in a valve chamber (14). The ball valve (21) is against a valve base (13a); through applied force, a flat part (41b) of the membrane (41) is against the valve rod. The elastic component assembly body (4) is screwed into the valve main body to adjust force of the membrane (41) pressing the valve body (2), thereby adjusting setting pressure according to screwing quantity. |
