PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control system capable of considering seasonal change, power consumption action, and the like while requiring a low operational load.SOLUTION: A power control system in a building comprises: a photovoltaic power generation device 1; a power storage device 2; and a control device 3 for controlling a power storage amount of the power storage device. The control device comprises: predicted weather acquisition means 31 for acquiring predicted weather information on a control target day; storage means 35 for storing result data associating actually measured weather information, a generated power amount, and a power consumption amount in the past with each other; data extraction means 32 for extracting result data associated with past actually measured weather information included in the same category as the predicted weather information, from the storage means; target power storage amount setting means 33 for calculating power charges in a plurality of cases of different power storage amounts, and determining a power storage amount at reference time on the basis of a result of the calculation; and power storage schedule setting means 34 for setting a power storage schedule on the control target day. |
