PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical body having a revolution prevention mechanism that prevents relative revolution of components without requiring an elastic member of an O ring or the like separately; and a shaft cylinder including the cylindrical body.SOLUTION: A cylindrical body comprises as follows. A cylindrical body 1 is formed by connecting a first component 5 to a second component 7, the first component includes: a primary molded article 10 molded by primary molding; and a secondary molded article 20 molded to one of an external surface and an internal surface of the primary molded article by secondary molding, the secondary molded article is made by an elastic body, and includes a salient 21 that projects from a surface to a radial direction, and when the first component and the second component are connected, the salient and a surface of the countering second component are contacted together. |
