PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite separation membrane which is highly resistant to dew condensation, and in which the amine compound in its polymer membrane is not easily eluted.SOLUTION: For the composite separation membrane, the polymer membrane containing high molecular weight polymer and the amine compound and a porous support membrane are laminated, the amine compound has an amide amino group indicated by formula [I] and/or [II] below, and a hydrophobic layer is laminated on both surfaces of the polymer membrane. In formula [I], Aindicates a divalent organic residue of 1-3 carbons, and n indicates an integer of 0 or 1. In formula [II], Aindicates a divalent organic residue of 1-3 carbons, and n indicates an integer of 0 or 1. |
