This disclosure relates to a polymer resin composition for preparing a microfilter membrane or an ultrafilter membrane, a method for preparing a polymer filter membrane using the polymer resin composition, and a polymer filter membrane prepared by the method. The polymer resin composition according to the present invention can provide a microporous membrane that includes more uniformly distributed micropores and exhibits high water permeability.
