摘要 The present invention relates to a carbonic anhydrase mimetic catalyst comprising a four-coordinate transition metal and a three-coordinate ligand bound to the transition metal through three nitrogen atoms; a composition for removing carbon dioxide, comprising the carbonic anhydrase mimetic catalyst and an amine compound as a carbon dioxide absorbing agent; a method for removing carbon dioxide including a step of absorbing carbon dioxide to the composition for removing carbon dioxide; a novel three-coordinate ligand compound; and a complex having a four-coordinate transition metal to which the ligand compound is bound through three nitrogen atoms. The novel carbonic anhydrase mimetic catalyst according to the present invention is a chemically synthesized catalyst that copies the structure of a natural carbonic anhydrase that stimulates hydration of carbon dioxide molecules to be converted into bicarbonate, shows catalytic activity similar to the natural carbonic anhydrase and can show activity continuously without degeneration even at a relatively high temperature or under a change in pH condition. In addition, when using the carbonic anhydrase mimetic catalyst in combination with the conventional carbon dioxide absorbent, it is possible to stimulate absorption of carbon dioxide and to improve regenerability through desorption of carbon dioxide. Thus, the carbonic anhydrase mimetic catalyst can be recycled to show high cost-efficiency, and thus can be useful for removing carbon dioxide.
