An invention disclosed in the present specification relates to a color conversion film with an extended first axis or second axis, and a method for manufacturing the same and a back light unit comprising the same. The color conversion film includes a resin matrix; and a color conversion layer which includes organic phosphor which is dispersed into resin matrix, absorbs blue light or green light, and emits light of a wavelength different from that of the absorbed light. So, the optical property of the color conversion film can be improved.
