The present invention relates to a resistor coupling structure for adjusting the rotation speed of a fan driving motor of an air conditioner and a coupling method. A coating layer where an insulating solution is coated and hardened, is formed on a surface of a cover and a facing heat sink. A resistance circuit pattern is combined between the cover and the heat sink having the coating layer to form a resistor body. The productivity of the resistor body can be improved by remarkably reducing the costs and working process of the resistor body. |
