PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting method for capturing an image of an image quality suitable for a use device.SOLUTION: Prior to imaging, a user designates a purpose of imaging related to a use device 80. The use device 80 embodies images as target images 82-88 with a pixel size suitable for a resolution. Regarding an image quality of a recording image 100 that is captured with the pixel size suitable for the purpose of imaging, adaptability to an image quality of noise, camera shake or blur required to the target images relative is evaluated. A ratio of the pixel size of the recording image and the pixel size of the target images is utilized for evaluating the image quality. Even in recording images with the same image quality, influences of image quality reduction are reduced as the pixel size of the target images becomes smaller. If the image quality of the recording image is not adaptive to the target images, an imaging condition setting image is displayed on a touch screen 15, and the user is supported in such a manner that an image of a predetermined image quality can be captured in a short time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
