PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence display device having a λ/4 retardation film, which is improved in visibility and durability when stored in a high temperature and high humidity environment, as well as in saponification adaptability.SOLUTION: In the organic electroluminescence display device including a protective film, a polarizer, a λ/4 retardation film and an organic EL element, the λ/4 film shows Ro(550) of 130 to 160 nm, Ro(650) of 155 to 175 nm, satisfying Ro(550)/Ro(650) ranging from 0.80 to 0.90; and the λ/4 film comprises, as cellulose acylate, a cellulose acylate (A) satisfying the formula (1): 2.5≤Z<3.0 and the formula (2): 2.5≤X≤3.0, and a cellulose acylate (B) satisfying the formula (3): 2.0≤Z<2.5 and the formula (4): 0.5≤Y≤1.5, in which a mass ratio of the cellulose acylate (B) to the cellulose acylate (A) is 1.0 or more and 19.0 or less. |
