PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor component capable of accurately measuring external pressure.SOLUTION: In a pressure sensor component, an insulation base body 1 has a base body portion 2, a frame portion 3 provided on the base body portion 2, and a flexible portion 4 provided above the base body portion 2 and on the inside of the frame portion 3. The insulation base body 1 has an inner space 5 surrounded by the base body portion 2, the frame portion 3, and the flexible portion 4. A plurality of electrodes 6 is provided so as to sandwich the inner space 5. The frame portion 3 has an upper end portion 31 positioned on an upper side than the flexible portion 4, and the upper end portion 31 extends toward a center of the flexible portion 4 in a plane view. |
