PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt reduction of a complaint by improving a personal feeling of consent for a preset temperature and a lighting brightness in a control area, and promoting an independent response behavior.SOLUTION: Information processing units constructing a smart energy system comprise: a processing unit associating users with respective control areas; a processing unit collecting opinion data for a preset temperature and a lighting brightness from user terminals; a processing unit totalizing the opinion data every control area; a processing unit determining the preset temperature and the lighting brightness every control area based on the totalized result; a processing unit determining an opinion position of each user in the whole users every control area; and a processing unit feeding the opinion position of each user in the whole users back to each user. |
