The present invention comprises: a seaweed collection step for collecting seaweed byproducts; a seaweed pretreatment step for washing, crushing, steaming, pulverizing, and drying the collected seaweed; a seaweed fermentation step for transferring the pre-treated seaweed into a fermentation bath, and then re-dispersing a fermentation liquid, which is generated from fermentation, through a pump; a storage step for storing the seaweed, on which the fermentation liquid is sprayed, and re-dispersing the fermentation liquid; and a feed preparation step for preparing the stored seaweed into a feed according to the purpose. The present invention can prevent environmental contamination and the damage to the aquaculture industry and store the fermented seaweed for a long period of time, by using seaweed byproducts, and thus the present invention is helpful in the utilization of marine resources and the improvement of marine environment. |
