PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and kit for detecting a target nucleic acid which is capable of achieving highly accurate and sensitive detection.SOLUTION: A method for detecting a target nucleic acid comprises the steps of: amplifying; labeling; and detecting the target nucleic acid, where the amplifying, the labeling, and the detecting steps are performed in the same enclosed space. A kit for detecting a target nucleic acid comprises an amplifying agent for amplifying the target nucleic acid, a labeling agent for labeling the target nucleic acid, and a sealed container containing the amplifying agent and the labeling agent. |
