PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-hard and environment consideration-type decorative laminate having chemical resistance, stain resistance, and high smoothness.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a decorative laminate F consisting of a substrate 1, an adhesive layer 2, a base paper 3, a printed layer 4, a protective layer 7, and a molding sheet 5 includes, in following order, the steps of: (a) forming a laminate consisting of the substrate 1, the adhesive layer 2, the base paper 3, and the printed layer 4; (b) laminating the laminate and the molding sheet 5 by forming an ionizing radiation curable resin composition layer 6 comprising an ionizing radiation curable resin composition on the printed layer 4 to make the resin composition layer 6 and the molding sheet 5 face each other, or by forming an ionizing radiation curable resin composition layer 6 comprising an ionizing radiation curable resin composition on the molding sheet 5 to make the printed layer 4 and the resin composition layer 6 face each other; and (c) forming the protective layer 7 on the printed layer 4 by curing the ionizing radiation curable resin composition layer 6 by irradiating it with an ionizing radiation. |
