PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling method and device with which the device does not need a complication and stable quantitative filling to each container can be definitely performed.SOLUTION: The flow amount of a filling liquid flowing in a filling flow path from the start of filling is integrated, or the flow amount of the filling liquid is calculated on the basis of temperature and pressure of the filling liquid and then integrated to obtain the filling amount. The flow of the filling liquid is stopped to set the specific filling amount to perform quantitative filling. Then, with a flow meter provided at the filling flow path, the flow amount flowing in the filling flow path is measured from the start of filling and the flow amount is integrated.
