The present invention relates to a whole soybean curd shake with black sesame; and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a whole soybean curd shake with black sesame; and to a manufacturing method thereof, which manufactures a whole soybean curd shake by adding black sesame to whole soybean curd. The sweet taste of the whole soybean curd shake is controlled by using liquid sugar which is manufactured by mixing deep seawater and liquid stevia used as a natural sweetener. Accordingly, the use of an artificial sweetener is reduced so the whole soybean curd shake is beneficial to health. Furthermore, whole soybean curd is manufactured in a form of a shake in order to allow consumers to easily take active ingredients of whole soybean curd and black sesame. The whole soybean curd shake comprises a mixture composed of 40-60 wt% of whole soybean curd, 30-50 wt% of milk, 1-3 wt% of black sesame, 5-9 wt% of liquid sugar and 0.1-0.3 wt% of salt. |
