FIELD: astronautics.SUBSTANCE: knife for use by a cosmonaut in non-g environment contains a cutting element and a handle. Knife is equipped with an insert. Insert is connected to the handle by means of a detachable connection. Cutting element is made in the shape of two sword-blades. Sword-blades have a cutting edge, a rounded end and a T-shaped base. Insert has two through holes. They repeat the shape of the base of sword-blades. Sword-blades are installed in through holes of the insert in parallel at a distance from each other. This distance is less than the transverse size of the astronaut's spacesuit glove finger Sword-blades are installed with cutting edges to each other with a possibility to interact with the handle. Detachable connection of the insert with the handle is formed by a thread on an external surface of the insert and internal surface of the handle.EFFECT: ensuring of an astronaut's safety and a possibility to replace the sword-blades.1 cl, 1 dwg |
