The present invention relates to a two-step extraction device for preventing a molded product from being damaged upon the extraction of a runner gate, which allows a curve gate molded product formed integrally with a runner gate molded product to be released and extracted firstly after completing injection molding so as to prevent the runner gate molded product from deviation and contact with the molded product, and then allows the molded product to be extracted secondarily. The two-step extraction device for preventing a molded product from being damaged upon the extraction of a runner gate comprises a bottom plate comprising a pin block and base block formed integrally with a molded product extraction pin, wherein the pin block forms a working chamber at the bottom surface of the site where the bottom end of the runner gate molded product extraction pin for extracting a runner gate molded product is located. In the inner part of the working chamber, the bottom end of the runner gate molded product extraction pin for extracting a runner gate molded product is bound to the top surface, and a sliding block having an eject rod coupled therewith is mounted to the bottom end to be supported elastically by a spring. In addition, the working chamber is finished with a base block having an eject hole to which the eject rod is coupled. Thus, the sliding block elastically pressurizes the spring first to allow the runner gate molded product extraction pin to extract the runner gate molded product, and then to allow the molded product extraction pin to extract the molded product. Further, the runner gate molded product extraction pin for extracting the runner gate molded product has a sharp deviation-preventing portion at the end thereof so that the runner gate molded product cannot be deviated with ease. In the device, it is more effective that the deviation-preventing portion at the end of the runner gate molded product extraction pin for extracting the runner gate molded product comprises a conical gear tilted upwardly. |
