A tray assembly 1 has a tray 10 and is arranged to receive a first fluid and a second fluid. The tray assembly further includes an outlet arranged to drain the first fluid, which may be water; and the tray assembly further comprises a filter 20 arranged to retain the second fluid 100, which may be oil. The tray assembly may include a grid platform 30 upon which an oil drum may be placed, and the filter may be within a filter housing 14. The filter may comprise a filter material 22, and the filter material may be one of a lipophilic material, a hydrophobic material, an amphipathic material, an oil sorbent material, etc. When soiled, the soiled filter is replaced by coupling a clean filter to the soiled filter (S110 Fig 8) and removing the filter from the tray assembly (S120 Fig 8), inserting the clean filter into the tray assembly (S130 Fig 8) and uncoupling the clean filter from the soiled filter (S140 Fig 8). |
