PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member which is provided with an antireflection function and has a sufficiently high hardness to secure scratch resistance, and a mobile phone including the cover member.SOLUTION: A cover member 2 of the present invention includes a substrate 11 having translucency. A laminate as an antireflection layer 12 including layers 12A and 12C containing silicon nitride and layers 12B and 12D containing silicon oxide is provided on at least a part of a surface of the substrate 11. In the laminate, the content of silicon nitride in the range from the outermost surface thereof to a depth of 150 nm is 30-50 vol.%. An antifouling layer 13 containing a fluorine-containing organosilicon compound is provided on a surface of the laminate. The cover member 2 is provided on an information display part of a device. |
