PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device capable of easily assembling a clamp fitting with respect to a case.SOLUTION: A first case 22 and a second case 23 are clamped by a clamping fitting 25 in the opposition state of flanges 221 and 231 of the cases. A part 30 to be latched to which a base terminal part of the clamp fitting 25 is latched and an annular insertion part 31 to which a middle part of the clamp fitting 25 is inserted are formed on the outside of one side case 22. A part 32 to be engaged for which the top end part of the clamp fitting 25 is engaged and released is formed on the outside of the other side case 23. The top end part of the clamp fitting 25 is engaged with the part 32 to be engaged, thereby, both cases 22 and 23 are connected and retained in the opposition state and, while the top end part of the clamp fitting 25 is released from the part 32 to be engaged, the clamp fitting 25 is retained in a release state by the engagement with the annular insertion part 31. |
