PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a restoration time.SOLUTION: In a management system in a communication system, one piece of data can be restored at a transmission destination by transmitting data composed of a plurality of pieces of block data in response to a request, the block data can be generated by combining a plurality of pieces of partial block data being a portion of another piece of block data, and block data or partial block data required to generate requested data is transmitted from a plurality of data centers which are installed at a plurality of places to store one piece or more of block data. The management system includes a block list storage part for storing a combination of a plurality of partial block data, a processing time calculation part for calculating a time required when a plurality of pieces of partial block data are combined and generated, and a determination part for determining an acquisition method on the basis of a time required to receive block data constituting data, and the calculated time. |
