PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the appropriate timeout time of a virtual device in a virtual computer.SOLUTION: The virtual device timeout time calculation device is configured to read a timeout time table and a virtual computer constitution table (S81), and to associate timeout time unique to a physical disk with a virtual disk corresponding to the physical disk on the basis of the timeout time table and the virtual computer constitution table (S82), and to calculate a margin for each physical computer on the basis of time required for the processing of software between the virtual computer and the physical computer stored in a memory and the virtual computer constitution table, and to create a margin association table in which the margin is associated with each virtual computer on the physical computer (S83), and to calculate the timeout time of the virtual disk recognized by the virtual computer by adding the margin of each virtual disk to the timeout time fixed to the physical disk on the basis of the virtual computer constitution table and the margin association table (S84). |
