PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image area segmentation device capable of segmenting an identical object in a video with small data amount to be processed into a time space as large as possible, and avoiding not to segment a different object area into an identical area.SOLUTION: An image area segmentation device 1 includes: a clustering processing section 10 that performs excessive-segmentation on an input image so that one cluster does not cross over plural objects; a cluster integration processing section 20 that integrates clusters which have a difference smaller than a predetermined value in a representative color of clusters neighboring to each other in a time space in the excessive-segmented clusters; and a cluster re-segmentation processing section 30 that performs a re-segmentation of a cluster couple included in cluster groups different from each other in any frame having a cluster group segmented from each other in an integration area. |
