The present invention relates to a construction system for an image map on local color sensibility and an operation method thereof. The construction system for an image map on local color sensibility constructs one sensibility image map data by analyzing a predetermined sensibility image of local residents or people whose hometown (a birthplace, a growth place, and a residence) is an area, in other words, a color which all residents commonly prefer using a logical and systematic investigation system. The construction system for an image map on local color sensibility doubles an advertisement effect and product purchase by using the constructed color sensibility image map data as a commercial marketing means and maximizes a profit creation rate. Therefore, to achieve the purpose, by using the prepared system, the construction system for an image map on local color sensibility includes: a sensibility map construction server; and a user server.
